This is Q's break dancing group from the episode All the Wrong Moves. It is his punishment for losing.

Q doesn't know how to dance well, let alone break dance. However, he has to perform a breakdancing show in front of many people in a baseball stadium. He has some assistants in his group, but he is the main dancer. The assistants begin to breakdance as Q promptly makes his way onto the field, right in the center. The dance came to a head when he slipped on his own hat that he dropped on the ground, and wiped out.
