In the episode Drawing a Blank, Sal is the big loser for the episode. As his punishment, Sal has to read an excerpt from "his" newly published book, made by the other guys. It's Sal's autobiography about his struggle with Chronic Flatulence. However, to Sal's dismay, the book is completely blank and he has to make up the excerpt on the spot. He mentions a failed operation to stop his flatulence, called a "flatulectomy."
