Challenges where a Joker employs a substitute

On one occasion or another, one joker will sit out a challenge and employ a substitute to take their place. For the Joker sitting out the challenge, the outcome rests in the hands of the substitute; for example: if the substitute wins, the Joker wins. Also on one occasion or another, the substitute for the challenge is usually a guest star.
